BDU Students Visit Rose Hulman Institute of Technology
Mrs. Rogers, Mrs. Beasley, and Mr. Davis chaperoned students to Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, one of the top ranked undergraduate engineering schools, in the United States located in Terre Haute, Indiana. Our students who visited are interested in pursuing careers in mechanical engineering, computer science, and biomedical engineering.
One highlight from the day was visiting the Branam and Kremer Innovation Centers, affectionately known as the BIC and KIC on campus. The innovation centers are open to all students to build and tinker and host many clubs such as the Concrete Canoe team, Robotics, Rocketry Team, and Team Rose Motorsports. The students enjoyed a meal at the dining hall - Bon Appetit and had time to explore the Mussallem Union and recreation facilities.
Three of our students have received acceptance letters to Rose Hulman Institute of Technology.
