BDU Scholars Enrolled in SOCL 151 Have Guest Speaker Using Google Meet

BDu Scholars in our SOCL 151 Introduction to Sociology dual-credit course had a great experience during our E-Learning Friday google meet session!  BDU Instructor Brianne Winston had a guest speaker from University of Indianapolis, Dr. Amanda Miller, who serves as the Department Chair in Sociology.  She talked with students regarding careers in sociology and shared some of her personal research interests.  She also had students help her with coding some actually data for the sociology department!  Brianne had a great turnout for her two SOCL 151 classes with 33/43 students attending the google meet session!
